I have the Mindful Chef recipe boxes delivered regularly and find that when I m not eating those I make something from this bookThe meals are fabulous healthy and fast to cook though I find they take me a bit longer than the promised 30 minutesMy only complaint is that the index is poor and some of the given page numbers are wrong I hope this is sorted out in future additionsBut overall this is pretty much the only cookery book I sue now
